Frequently Asked
Answers about glare control, light output, color rendering, dimming, emergency options and project confirmation. Final specifications are always confirmed with you before ordering.
What glare control do your office fixtures provide?
Our office fixtures are designed with low-glare optics (UGR < 19 class), aligned with EN 12464-1 comfort levels for office and commercial interiors. The exact UGR rating for your layout is confirmed with your project data.
How much light output (lux / lumens) can you provide?
Light output is calculated per project — room size, ceiling height and layout determine the required lumens and lux levels. We confirm the photometric solution for your space before production.
What color rendering (CRI / Ra) options are available?
High color-rendering options (Ra ≥ 80 and Ra ≥ 90 classes) are available across our series. The CRI level and color temperature are confirmed per project, together with samples before mass production.
Do you support dimming and lighting controls?
Yes — DALI, 0-10V, touch dimming and sensor integration options are available depending on the series. Control requirements are captured in the project checklist and confirmed before ordering.
Can you provide emergency lighting variants?
Emergency backup options can be integrated into selected fixtures to match the compliance requirements of your project. Confirm the applicable standard and duration with us at the enquiry stage.
What about energy efficiency and compliance documents?
Efficacy, compliance documentation (for example CE / RoHS) and certification scope are confirmed for each project before an order is placed. We do not publish standard values that might not match your target market's requirements.
How are your fixtures installed and maintained?
Our linear fixtures use modular mounting systems compatible with standard ceiling tracks and suspension cables. Installation uses standard electrical contractor tools. Maintenance is minimal — LED modules are rated for 50,000+ hours (L90), and individual modules can be replaced without dismantling the whole fixture.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom lighting?
We accept project orders of any size, including single-fixture prototypes for evaluation. For production runs we recommend at least 10 fixtures to optimise setup costs, but there is no hard minimum. Small-batch prototyping is available for design review.
